Purchasing a Special Packs 7 granted you one guaranteed 10★-12★ higher unit for 1,000 Mobacoins/Fanta Points.

Special Packs 7 included reprints of "warring state period-themed units" and introduced the new 12★ Re_Kanbei_Kuroda, which offered bonuses for Lightning Strikes Twice, a Tower Event.
