Limited Edition Series are released for a short period of time, and then removed. Some units may be reprinted as part of other Card Series / Packs, but they are never added to Standard Card Packs. Generally each series has it's own theme.
Step Up Packs let you purchase tiered "steps," where the higher levels contain more cards, and a better chance at rarer cards, for more money.
Dream Packs are unique in that they come with a large, preset number of pullable cards. It is possible to completely empty your Dream Chest (and then to reset it, if you wish).
