Limited Edition Series are released for a short period of time, and then removed. Some units may be reprinted as part of other Card Series / Packs, but they are never added to Standard Card Packs. Generally each series has it's own theme.
Step Up Packs let you purchase tiered "steps," where the higher levels contain more cards, and a better chance at rarer cards, for more money. Many earlier Step Up Packs included reprints of a Limited Edition Series. In Addition, starting with Step Up Packs 7, most have included at least one exclusive, high rarity card that is otherwise unobtainable.
Dream Packs are unique in that they come with a large, preset number of pullable cards. It is possible to completely empty your Dream Chest (and then to reset it, if you wish). Most Dream Packs come with at least one exclusive, high rarity card that is not obtainable elsewhere.
Preset Packs contain predetermined cards. The chance for each set or pack is not necessarily equal.
