Use Prismatic Orbs to permanently increase a 10★ unit's maximum level.
By default, the maximum level for a 10★ unit is 200. Prismatic Orbs can be used to increase the unit's maximum level an additional 20 levels (each Prismatic Orb increases the unit's level cap by one level, and a maximum of 20 Prismatic Orbs can be used per unit).
Each use of Prismatic Orbs will increase a unit's level cap by a set amount. That amount depends on the rarity of the target unit as shown in the table below:

Note that 11★ units must have their max level raised from level 220 to 240 through use of 
Aurora Essences before

Prismatic Orbs can can be obtained from the Bazaar, where they can be purchased for 100 Orb Points (OP) each.
