On September 17, 2013, there was an issue with the Arena Season 3 event. The Drain Attack arena skill caused the game to freeze during arena battles. Only for the remainder of the Arena Season 3 event, the Drain Attack will be replaced by the new Critical Shot arena skill.

• The Drain Attack will be useable from the next Arena event.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time during the Valid Time Period and 10 Arena3 Tickets will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

• If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive 10 Arena3 Tickets regardless of whether you are a Recipient or not.

Notice for Emergency Maintenance

Starting at approximately 4:45am PST/PDT, we will be bringing the FANTASICA servers down for urgent maintenance to address issues that are impacting the game. During this time, you will be unable to connect to or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance start times are subject to change and that maintenance may end at anytime without prior notice, so check back frequently!

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. Season 9 Step Up packs now come with Arena3 Tickets!
   • You won't want to miss their SWIMSUITS or the NEW ARENA SKILL either!
   • Please check the Card Pack page for more details.
   • Step Up Packs: Season 9 will be available starting September 14, 2013 right after maintenance and end on September 20, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. The limited-time event, The Arena: Season 3, begins today.
   • The Arena is an event that features two modes: Tournament Mode and Survival Mode.
   • Arena3 Tickets are required to participate in the Arena event.
   • The Arena: Season 3 will start on September 17, 2013, right after maintenance and end on September 20, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • NOTE: Event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
   • NOTE: All trading during the Arena event will be disabled.

Deadline to Receive Event Rewards has been Rescheduled! The rules for the Starfall Bluff event stated:

The deadline to receive any event-related reward is September 24, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

This deadline has been changed to the following: September 20, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Event Item - Exchange of Unused Sea Shards

Those of you who have unused Sea Shards from the Sea Paradise Splash!! event will find that they have been converted into an equal number of Potions. These Potions have been sent to your Inbox.

1. For a limited time, Step Up Pack: Season 9, will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Season 9 packs include the new End of Summer series units.
   • You won't want to miss their SWIMSUITS or the NEW ARENA SKILL!

   • Step Up Packs: Season 9 will be available starting September 14, 2013 right after maintenance and end on September 20, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

2. The Blessed Tear Starter Pack is BACK!
   • For all the players that picked up a Blessed Tear Starter Pack, you'll have the chance to pick up ONE MORE Starter Pack!

We will be performing system maintenance on September 17, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update.

During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Event: The limited-time event, Starfall Bluff will draw to a close.
   • The Monster Recruitment will also draw to a close.
2. Card Packs: The Blessed Tear units will no longer be available.
3. Card Packs Extras: Soul Stone(L)s will no longer be included in any purchases. Furthermore, new units will no longer have an increased chance to appear in card packs.

Trading Disabled

The Trade function will be disabled from September 17, 2013, post-maintenance until maintenance begins on September 20, 2013. No trades will be possible during the time listed above. We apologize for the inconvenience.
