Technical Difficulty Regarding Head Start Rank Reward, Judith

There was a technical difficulty where Judith would not give a BT Pt boost.

This issue has since been resolved.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. New Card Packs：Challenger Packs
   • For a limited time, Challenger Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Challenger Packs will be on available from September 24, 2013, post-maintenance and end on October 8, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • A number of new added units, found only in these Challenger Packs, will offer special bonuses during the Color of Vengeance event and the upcoming Call of the Desert event.
   • Additionally, Rage Fruit(L), an item useable during the The Color of Vengeance event, will come bundled with purchases of Challenger Packs now.
   • Challenger Packs are a new type of card pack. They are unique in that you only have 3 chances to draw but are guaranteed a 5★ or better. Please check the banner on your My Page for more details.
   • Card Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. Shop Sale
   • Potion and Time Elixir 10-Packs will come will an extra Potion/Time Elixir for a limited time.

Purchase Related Difficulties for iOS Players

We have received reports that a portion of our players, specifically iOS users who have recently upgraded to iOS 7, are experiencing some difficulties when attempting to purchase Fanta Pts from within the game.

Details: Fanta Pts packages available for purchase are not showing up properly within the Mobage client.

Status: We are working to resolve the issue. Until then, please use the following method to purchase Fanta Pts.

Purchasing Fanta Pts:

Tap the Mobage icon in the upper right side of your screen to access the Mobage client → tap Fanta Pts in the lower left.

We apologize for any inconvience this may have caused and will make another announcement once a fix is in place.

   • Dream Packs: Season 3 will be available from September 20, 2013, post-maintenance and end on September 27, 2013, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • A number of new added units, found only in these Dream Packs, will offer special bonuses during the Color of Vengeance event.

   • The Color of Vengeance will start on September 20, 2013 right after maintenance and end on September 27, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

3. Monster Familiars are back!
   • Monster Familiars 3 will start on September 20, 2013 right after maintenance and end on September 27, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • The Monster Familiars 3 event schedule may be subject to change without prior notice.

How to Receive Your The Arena: Season 3 Event Rank Rewards

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your The Arena: Season 3 event rank rewards.

Proceed to the The Arena: Season 3 event page from your Main Page. ↓ Go to the ranking page by hitting the Arena Total Ranking button in the middle of the page. ↓ Hit the Receive button on the bottom of the Ranking page and your rewards will be sent to your Inbox. ↓ Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting rewards is September 27, 2013 at 2:00 am (PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

We will be performing system maintenance on September 24, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update.

During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.
