The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. New card set. The Therion Academy series is now available for purchase.
   • The new units will offer advantages to those participating in The FANTASICA Chronicles: The Guns of Hartwood event and in the next event too, so check them out!
   • Card Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. The FANTASICA Chronicles: The Guns of Hartwood - Guild Battle Phrase begins today!
   • The FANTASICA Chronicles: The Guns of Hartwood is a guild event where players form guilds and wage war against each for prizes and glory.
   • And in celebration of over 3 million downloads, the ranking reward bracket for the 7★ has been increased!
   • Don't miss this chance for a 7★!

Guild Prep Phase

November 19, 2013, post-maintenance -- November 21, 2013, maintenance.

Guild Battle Phase

November 21, 2013, post-maintenance -- November 28, 2013, maintenance.

• You must be in a guild before the start of the November 21st maintenance or you will be unable to participate in the first guild battle.
• Trading will be disabled for the duration of the event. Please be forewarned.

Notice for Maintenance

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We will be performing system maintenance on November 21, from 12:00 am to 3:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Event: The limited-time event, The Mystic Summit, will draw to a close.
2. Event: The Guild Prep Phrase will draw to a close.
3. 300 M DL Special Login Bonuses will draw to a close.
4. Trading Disabled

The Trade function will be disabled from November 19, 2013, right after the end of our scheduled maintenance.

Trading is scheduled to be re-enabled post-maintenance on November 28, 2013.

There was a technical difficulty where quests would not give out Wood Souls. The problem has since been resolved.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense after the November 21st maintenance.

Recipients

Any player that has registered with FANTASICA before November 19, 2013, 12:00am PST/PDT.

Recompense

15 Wood Souls

Valid Time Period: November 21, 2013, 2:00am PST/PDT - November 28, 2013, 2:00am PST/PDT

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time during the Valid Time Period and 15 Wood Souls will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

• If you do not access your "My Page" within the Valid Time Period, then you will not receive the 15 Wood Souls regardless of whether you are a Recipient or not.

We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

On a final note, this notice will serve as the answer to any future questions you may have about the issues listed above.
