Hi all, I would like to suggest not to completely disable the TOC per default. Usually, if the TOC is too large, it is minimized but present, and with the TOC enabled one is able to have bookmarks (or share links) to chapters of a page (like http://www.fantasicawiki.com/wiki/The_Fantasica_Chronicles_6#New_Units) without reading the html source.
