■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Season 18 Extreme Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

Season 18 Extreme Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Hand in Hand event.

Season 18 Extreme Packs will be available starting June 1, 2015, post-maintenance and end on June 4, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of Season 18 Extreme Packs.

The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Hand in Hand, begins today.

There are heaps of goodies to get! Don't miss this event!

Hand in Hand will be available starting from June 1, 2015, right after maintenance and end on June 4, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

3) Diamond and Sapphire Ticket Exchanges

■Diamond Tickets

Azure(9★) has been sent to all players with 10 Diamond Tickets (Ax2, Bx3, Cx3, Dx2) in possession.

Please check your Inbox to receive the unit.

■Sapphire Tickets

For a limited time, Sapphire Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

20 Sapphire Tickets are needed to draw once.

Sapphire Packs will be available starting June 1, 2015, post-maintenance and end on June 4, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

4) Inn Notice

The Inn can now be expanded further to make room for 200 units/monsters.

The content and availability of the Inn may be subject to change without prior notice.

1) Ultimate Plus Packs added!

Ultimate Plus Packs will be on sale from May 28, 2015, post-maintenance, and end on June 1, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Event items and Diamond Ticket A will come bundled with some purchases.

The newly added units will offer advantages to those participating in the Nightmare Come True event! Check them out now!

The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Nightmare Come True, begins today!

Nightmare Come True will be available starting from May 28, 2015, right after maintenance and end on June 1, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

No crisis quests will be available during the Nightmare Come True event.

The Nightmare Come True event times may be subject to change without prior notice.

3) Champion Packs/Champion SP Packs are now available! Use Champion Tickets/Champion SP Tickets from the Champion of Spring event to draw.

Check out the Champion, Gaap, as a new 9★! Champion Packs/Champion SP Packs will be available from May 28, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT to June 4, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

■Notice: DIAMOND and SAPPHIRE TICKETS

Collect a mix of Diamond Tickets A, B, C, and D to get a new 9★ guaranteed.

10 Diamond Tickets are needed to get the 9★. Diamond Ticket A comes bundled with some purchases of Ultimate Plus Packs.

Get Diamond Tickets from the following card packs:

Dates: 5/28/2015, post maint. - 6/1 at 2:00 AM Ultimate Plus Packs - 3rd, 4th, and 5th draw At least 3 DIAMOND TICKETS A needed!

Dates: 5/29/2015, 12:00 AM - 6/1 at 2:00 AM Season 17 Extreme Packs - EX7 At least 2 DIAMOND TICKETS B needed!

Dates: 5/30/2015, 12:00 AM - 6/1 at 2:00 AM Nightmare Packs - Nightmare Pack At least 3 DIAMOND TICKETS C needed!

Dates: 5/31/2015, 12:00 AM - 6/1 at 2:00 AM 8★ Plus Packs - 8★ Plus Pack At least 2 DIAMOND TICKETS D needed!

• If you don't get the MINIMUM amount of tickets (listed above), you WILL NOT qualify for 9★ Azura.
• Even if you collect more than the minimum required Diamond Tickets, you can only get 9★ Azura once.
• All times are listed in PST/PDT.
• Diamond Tickets will not be included in any purchases after the June 1, 2015 maintenance.

Sapphire Tickets are available through event rewards from 5/28 to 5/31. Sapphire Packs will become available at a later date and will require 20 Sapphire Tickets to draw from.

• With Sapphire Packs, you will only have a chance of getting the 9★ Azura.

■Notice: The Path of Penitence Downtime

Due to technical difficulties, The Path of Penitence event was temporarily closed. We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may have caused.

As a token of our sincerity, we have sent the following recompense with today's maintenance:

Recipients: All players who joined FANTASICA before 5:04 am PST/PDT on May 26, 2015

■Notice: The Path of Penitence Rewards

There was an issue where players were not receiving their rewards properly after the 50th floor. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have resulted from the above.

We have sent all earned rewards to those eligible with today's maintenance.

Recipients: All players who cleared the 50th floor before 5:04 am PST/PDT on May 26, 2015

■Pop-up notice from Mina Issue

There was an issue where old pop-up notices from Mina were sent from May 22, 2015 to May 24, 2015. This issue has now been resolved and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have resulted from the above.

As a token of our sincerity, we have sent the following recompense with today's maintenance:

Recompense: Horror Ticket x 3

Recipients: All players who joined FANTASICA before 2:00am PST/PDT on May 28, 2015

Deadline to receive: June 1, 2015, 2:00am PST/PDT

We have uncovered an issue where players who have cleared past the 50th floor were not receiving their rewards properly.

The cause has since been fixed and all future rewards will be distributed normally.

We will be sending out all hard-earned rewards to players who have already passed the 51st floor in an upcoming maintenance.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can continue to enjoy the event.

■Notice: The Path of Penitence

We have recently confirmed the following issues:

1) Due to technical difficulties, The Path of Penitence event was temporarilly unavailable for gameplay.

2) The number of units available for deployment differed from those stated in the rules for this event.

These issues have since been resolved and we apologize for any inconvienence or confusion this may have caused.

As a token of our sincerity, we would like to offer the following recompense.

Recipients: Any player that registered with Fantasica before 12:00 am PST/PDT on May 26, 2015

Recompense: Time Elixir x 5

Valid Time Period: None

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time and recompense will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.
