During the month of April 2017, 10★ Psi Tickets were obtainable from various events and packs.
From June 2017 through July 2017, players could redeem the 10★ Psi Tickets at the Sanctum Exchange for 10★ units that had been introduced during May 2017.
Rank Reward 10★s were not available for exchange.
