Sword Battles
Sword Battles are a special kind of battle that require Sword Tickets to initiate.
Sword Tickets are available as Holy Marks rewards and are also included in some card pack purchases.
In Sword Battles, you will assemble a team of 6 units and attempt to defeat Sword Sentinel bosses within the allotted number of turns.
Of course, the leader units of your allies may also assist you in battle.
Victory will be awarded to the team that has the most health remaining at the end of 30 turns.
Winning a Sword Battle will earn you Sword Marks.
The fewer enemies that remain at the end of battle, the more Sword Marks you will receive.
If you manage to defeat all of your opponent's units, you will achieve a "Perfect Victory" and will receive a large number of Sword Marks.
- You will always receive Sword Marks, even if you lose. However, you will only get a number of Sword Marks equal to the number of Sword Ticks spent to initiate the Sword Battle when you lose.
Whenever you lose or achieve a victory that is not a "Perfect Victory", you will have the opportunity to use a Potion to restore your HP and continue with the battle.
Continuing will cause all active skill effects to reset.
Additionally, you can deploy newly added units in Sword Battles to receive bonuses to those units' HPs, attack powers, and speeds.
The strength of the bonus depends on the rarity of the unit. Rarer units offer larger bonuses.
The newly added units are listed below.
- Arena skills are not available during Ticket Battles.
- Allies that have one of the above units set as their leader unit will not receive bonuses when participating in one of your Sword Battles.
- Sword Tickets cannot be traded.
- You can only use Sword Tickets during the The Gathering event.
