Nov. 29, 2013Thank you for playing FANTASICA! We experienced some issues with Soul Stone(L)s not being sent to players who purchased Hyper Packs. The issue has since been resolved. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense. Recipients: Any player that has pulled the Hyper Packs from November 28, 2013 post-maintenance to November 29, 2013 1:44 am PST/PDT. Recompense: The appropriate number of Soul Stone(L)s you did not receive in error. Receiving Method: Recipients may access their "My Page" at any time and the Soul Stone(L)s will be sent "From the Fanta team" to their Inboxes.
On a final note, this notice will serve as the answer to any future questions you may have about the issues listed above. We appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your stay in the world of FANTASICA! |
