Notice for Maintenance

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We will be performing system maintenance on February 23, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Event: The limited-time event, Roll the Dice! will draw to a close.
2. Card Packs: Step Up Packs Season 17 will no longer be available.
3. Card Packs Extras: Roll the Dice! event items will no longer be included in any purchases.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1. For a limited time, Step Up Packs: Season 17 will be available via the Card Pack page.
   • Look out for the new 7★ unit, Durandal, Champion of Light!
   • The new Step Up Packs: Season 17 units will give you bonuses during the Roll the Dice! event so get them now!
   • Season 17 Step Up Packs will be available from February 19, 2014, post-maintenance to February 23, 2014, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • Additionally, new itemd useable during the Roll the Dice! event will come bundled with some purchases of Step Up Packs.
   • New units will also offer advantages to those participating in the Roll the Dice! event, so check them out!
   • The content and availability of Step Up Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
2. Presenting a brand new type of event - Roll the Dice!!
   • Roll the Dice! is a board game event where players roll dice to move across the board maps.
   • Landing on certain squares will give you boss encounters, treasure chests, and more!
   • There are rewards for clearing each board, so start rolling now!
   • Roll the Dice! will be available starting from February 19, 2014, right after maintenance and end on February 23, 2014, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
   • Roll the Dice! event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
3. Roll the Dice! Event Rules and Board Maps
   • The rules for the Roll the Dice! event will be viewable from the banner on your My Page.
   • To see the Board Maps(to confirm the squares on any available paths) please go to the official FANTASICA Facebook page. [1]

February 18 Connection Issues On February 18, 2014, we experienced some connection issues between 7:30 to 8:30 pm PST. The problem has since been resolved. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense.

How to Receive Your A Fairy in the Hand Event Rewards:

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your Your A Fairy in the Hand event rewards.

Proceed to the Your A Fairy in the Hand event page from your Main Page. ↓ To receive your Rank rewards, tap the "Final BT Pts Ranking" button. ↓ Hit the "Receive" button on the bottom of the Ranking page to have your rewards (where applicable) sent to your Inbox.

Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting rewards is Feb. 23, 2014 (2:00 am PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.
