Starting at approximately 7:07 pm PST/PDT, the FANTASICA servers were brought down for urgent maintenance to address issues that are impacting the game. There was a technical difficulty where the Spring Pack card sets contained cards from the Guild Packs. This problem has since been resolved.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. As a token of our sincerity, please accept the following recompense. A further recompense will be sent to players who had pulled the Spring Packs before the emergency maintenance.

We have recently confirmed the following issue: Due to a technical difficulty, the random, additional Memory Shard rewards were not sent out to players who had hit the 290000 and 320000 marks. The problem has since been resolved.

Recipients: Players who had over 320000 Memory Shards before March 17, 2014, 1:40 am PST/PDT.

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Dream Packs: Season 13, will be available via the Card Pack page.

Season 13 Dream Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Whispers from the Past event.

Please see the Card Pack page for more details.

Dream Packs: Season 13 will be available starting March 15, 2014 right after maintenance and end on March 21, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

Newly added units can NOT be traded for the duration of the event.

2) The limited-time event, Whispers from the Past, begins today.

Whispers from the Past will be available starting from March 15, 2014, right after maintenance and end on March 21, 2014, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Whispers from the Past event times may be subject to change without prior notice.

3) Crystal Orbs are now available for sale at the Shop!

Crystal Orbs will increase the number of your own units that you can summon to do battle with the powerful Reborn.

Crystal Orbs costs 100 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 1, or 1000 MobaCoins/Fanta Pts for 12.

4) Shop Sale

Crystal Orbs, as well as a Shop Sale, can be found on the Shop page starting March 15, 2014, post-maintenance, and will remain until maintenance begins on March 21, 2014

■M Tickets Mysterious M Tickets can now be found while Training and also bundles with some card purchases. Gather as many M Tickets as possible while you can!

■Event Item - Exchange of Unused Holy Oaths

Unused Holy Oaths from the Once and Future King event will be converted into an equal number of Potions during the next maintenance.
