-Notice for Maintenance-

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We will be performing system maintenance on March 24, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.

1. Event: The limited-time event, Roll the Dice: Valley of Shangri La will draw to a close.
2. Card Packs: Marybell Packs and M Ticket Packs will no longer be available.
3. Card Packs: Season 14 Dream Packs will no longer be available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Dream Packs: Season 14, will be available via the Card Pack page.

Season 14 Dream Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Roll the Dice: Valley of Shangri La event.

Season 14 Dream Packs also come bundled with event items and M Tickets.

Please see the Card Pack page for more details.

Dream Packs: Season 14 will be available starting March 21, 2014 right after maintenance and end on March 24, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Roll the Dice: Valley of Shangri La, begins today.

Roll the Dice: Valley of Shangri La will be available starting from March 21, 2014, right after maintenance and end on March 24, 2014, at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Roll the Dice: Valley of Shangri La event times may be subject to change without prior notice.

■Daily Roulette Issue Update

There was an issue where players who had updated to the latest iOS version were not able to spin the Daily Roulette. This problem has since been resolved.

We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the above. As a token of our sincerity, we would like to offer the following recompense.

Recipients: Any player affected by the above issue.

Recompense: 10000 Luna, 2000 Brave Pts, Potion(P) x 3, Time Elixir(P) x 3, Premium Ticket x 2, Ambrosia x 2, 4★+ Ticket x 2

Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time and the recompense will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.

■How to Receive Your Whispers from the Past Event Rewards:

Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your Whispers from the Past event rewards.

Proceed to the Whispers from the Past event page from your Main Page. ↓ To receive your Rank rewards, tap the "Final BT Pts Ranking" button. ↓ Hit the "Receive" button on the bottom of the Ranking page to have your rewards (where applicable) sent to your Inbox.

Check your Inbox for your rewards.

The cutoff date for accepting rewards is Mar. 24, 2014 (12:00 am PST/PDT).

If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

■7★ Marybell Name and Card Display Issues

7★ Marybell's displayed name, speed, and range have been fixed.

The correct speed and range are B and 110 respectively.

We apologize for any inconvenience the previous errors may have caused.

■Marybell Packs and M Ticket Packs Marybell Packs and M Ticket Packs will be available until maintenance on March 24.

Training and event rewards will no longer give M Tickets.

■Event Item - Exchange of Unused Holy Oaths

Those of you who have unused Holy Oaths from the Once and Future King event will find that they have been converted into an equal number of Potions.

These Potions have been sent to your Inbox.

■Event Item - Exchange of Unused Crystal Orbs

Unused Crystal Orbs from the Whispers from the Past event will be converted into an equal number of Potions during a future maintenance.

Event schedules may be subject to change without prior notice.

■The FANTASICA Chronicles: The Walls of Jablad Victory Count Title The title reward for 15 victories during The FANTASICA Chronicles: TWoJ event has been sent to the players who had earned it. Titles may be set from your profile page.
