■Notice for Maintenance

We will be performing system maintenance on August 10, 2015 from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT to prepare for a system update.

During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

• Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events/sales will be affected by maintenance on the date above.

1) Event: Arouette's Last Crusade will draw to a close.

2) Event: Monster Recruitment will draw to a close.

3) Card Packs: Dream Packs will no longer be available.

4) Card Packs: Limited Edition Challenger Packs will no longer be available.

5) Card Packs: Three Step Packs will no longer be available.

6) Card Packs: One Shot Packs will no longer be available.

7) Card Pack Extras: Event items will no longer be included in any purchases.

We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.

■Fantasica Frontlines: Arouette's Last Crusade, Rules

The following misprint was found in the rules section for the Arouette's Last Crusade event:

Misprint: CP can be restored instantly by using Time Elixirs.

Correct: CP can be restored instantly by using Potions.

Please be assured that the actual items used to restore CP are Potions.

This misprint has since been amended and we truly apologize for any confusion the above may have caused.

■Reward Distribution Error

We have discovered an issue in which past event items were being sent in place of current event items during the Fantasica Frontlines: Arouette's Last Crusade event.

The correct event items have been since been sent to all players who received past event items before 6:18 pm PST/PDT on August 6, 2015.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

■Season 28 Extreme Packs Issue

There was an issue where some players were unable to purchase packs at a specific EX.

The problem has since been resolved and the Season 28 Extreme Packs have been restored to their original, intended form.

• Please note that the contents of all Season 28 Extreme Packs are working as intended.

Players who purchased at least one Season 28 Extreme Pack before the emergency maintenance will receive Time Elixir x 5 as recompense.

All players who have registered with Fantasica prior to the emergency maintenance will also receive Potion x 2 as additional recompense.

We apologize for any inconvenience the above may have caused.

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Season 28 Extreme Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

Season 28 Extreme Packs include new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Catastrophe Unleashed event.

Season 28 Extreme Packs will be available starting August 3, 2015 post-maintenance and end on August 6, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of Season 28 Extreme Packs.

2) The limited-time event Catastrophe Unleashed begins today!

Catastrophe Unleashed will be available from August 3, 2015 post-maintenance to August 6, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.

The Catastrophe Unleashed event content and times may be subject to change without prior notice.

• • Announcement: 10★ Tickets are now redeemable at the Sanctum! Go claim your prizes!**

Additionally, all 10★ Tickets earned from the Catastrophe Unleashed event onward will be 10★ Beta Tickets. Please note that 10★ Beta Tickets will be redeemable starting in September.

■Chrysta, Adventure Calls(9★) Recompense The issue with Chrysta, Adventure Calls(9★) not showing up in the unit list has been resolved. Players who have received her will now be able to use her.

All players who have received Chrysta will receive the following items as recompense:

Time Elixir x 10
