Use Aurora Essence to permanently increase a 10★ unit's maximum level.
By default, the maximum level for a unit is 20 x the unit's rarity. Aurora Essences can be used on 10★ and 11★ units to increase their maximum level an additional 20 levels (each Aurora Essence increases the unit's level cap by one level, and a maximum of 20 Aurora Essences can be used per unit).
Each use of Aurora Essence will increase a unit's level cap by a set amount. That amount depends on the rarity of the target unit as shown in the table below:
