The following issues have been reported. 1) Only 1 Valor2 Ticket was sent as the reward for 180000 BT Pts. This issue has since been resolved and the following recompense has been sent. Recipients: Any player that reached the 180000 BT Pt reward before June 9, 2014, 6:30 pm PST/PDT. Recompense: 9 Valor2 Tickets Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" and 9 Valor2 Tickets will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox. We apologize for any inconvenience the above issue may have caused. 2) Some players did not receive their loop rewards after earning 330000 BT Pts. There was an issue where Mina's Trials of Whim quests were giving large amount of BT Pts. Mina's Trials of Whim no longer give BT Pts. BT Pts earned from the Cost 15 or less Master3 trial and the HARD3 trials have been removed. Under the Pale Moonlight event rankings reflect this fix. We'd like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Recipients: Any player that has completed the above quests before 7:24 pm PST/PDT on June 5, 2014. Starting at 2:00 am PST/PDT on June 6, 1014, we will be bringing the FANTASICA servers down for approximately one hour to address this issue.
