Pyre Packs reprinted one exclusive 8★, Morgiana, and also reprinted 7★s Cella, Mimic, and Ingrid.
There's no limit to the number of packs you can purchase, and you can receive the same pack multiple times.
7★ and 8{(*}} units in Pyre Packs did not give bonuses during The Fantasica Chronicles 13 event.
