Official AnnouncementsJuly 17, 2015Thank you for playing FANTASICA. ■Notice for Maintenance We will be performing system maintenance on July 19, 2015 from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.
Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will be affected by maintenance on the date above. 1) Event: Gifts from the Sea will draw to a close. 2) Event: A Promise of Home will draw to a close. 3) Card Packs: Three Step Packs will no longer be available. 4) Card Packs: Ultimate Plus Packs will no longer be available. 5) Card Packs: Unlimited Challenger Packs will no longer be available. 6) Card Pack Extras: Event items will no longer be included in any purchases.
We have discovered a a graphical issue in which unleashing 10★ Seratrix, SERVITUDE would cause a display error. The unit itself can still be used normally. A fix is in the works and is scheduled for implementation during the maintenance on July 19, 2015. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. July 16, 2015Thank you for playing FANTASICA. ■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance: 1) For a limited time, Three Step Packs will be available via the Card Pack page. Three Step Packs include 5 new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Gifts from the Sea event. Three Step Packs will be available starting July 16, 2015, post-maintenance and end on July 19, 2015 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of Three Step Packs. The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice.
Gifts from the Sea will be available starting from July 16, 2015, right after maintenance and end on July 19, 2015, at 2:00 am PST/PDT. No crisis quests will be available during the Gifts from the Sea event. The Gifts from the Sea event times may be subject to change without prior notice.
There were some instances where a portion of players received an outdated item from select Training stages. The matter is still under investigation and recompense has yet to be decided.
The past completion reward, 8★ Dhysana, Kiss of Death, has been fixed and is now available for use to all players who met her requirements. Recompense for this issue is still under investigation and will be announced at a later time.
In the rules for the Labyrinth of the Damned event, there were instances where the reward incorrectly appeared as ??? x 1 when they should have read ??? x 3. Rest assured ??? x 3 is correct.
Due to technical difficulties, the Ranking results page is not being displayed properly. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be assured the Rank rewards themselves have been properly distributed to all players eligible.
