Bonus effects for bonus unit Xel, The Fearless (7★) during the Catastrophe Unleashed event were not as should be. Xel's bonus effects have since been amended and we truly apologize for any inconvenience the above may have caused. We plan to send recompense to those affected at a later date.
There was an issue in which stats for Chrysta, Adventure Calls (9★) were incorrect. Chrysta's stats have since been amended and we truly apologize for any inconvenience the above may have caused. We plan to send recompense to those affected at a later date.

There was an issue where some players were unable to purchase packs at a specific EX. The problem has since been resolved and the Season 28 Extreme Packs have been restored to their original, intended form.
Players who purchased at least one Season 28 Extreme Pack before the emergency maintenance will receive Time Elixir x 5 as recompense. All players who have registered with Fantasica prior to the emergency maintenance will also receive Potion x 2 as additional recompense. We apologize for any inconvenience the above may have caused.
