■Notice for Maintenance
Thank you for playing FANTASICA!
We will be performing system maintenance on December 9, 2018 from 10:00 pm to December 10, 1:00 am PST to prepare for a system update.
During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.
- Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.
Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will be affected by maintenance on the date above.
1) Event: Put to the Quest: Of Might & Magic will draw to a close.
2) Card Packs: Heroic Packs will no longer be available.
3) Card Packs: Ultimate Plus Packs will no longer be available.
We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.
★Important! Please Read!★
■Keeping Your Account Safe
The following is a list of measures you can take to keep your account safe and secure:
1) Make sure your passwords are at least 8 characters long. Passwords should consist of a unique mixture of letters and numbers for best results.
2) Keep your password to yourself. Do not reveal it to anyone - not even your pet.
3) Confirm that your Mobage account email is valid and active.
■A Note About Trading in FANTASICA
Trading can be a delicate thing. Therefore, for the sake of all of our players, we'd like to strongly recommend that you refrain from the following activities:
1) Performing multiple trade transactions for a single item / card
In the current system, you are allowed to trade a combination of up to 5 types of items and / or cards in a single transaction. We strongly recommend that you limit each trade to a single transaction to eliminate the risk of deception.
2) Using the Trade system to borrow / lend cards
The Trade system is not in place to support the borrowing and lending of cards. Use it as such at your own peril.
3) Trade Holds
Once you submit a card in a trade, please keep in mind that you may lose the use of that card for up to 48 hours depending on how quickly your trade partner responds. The loss of use of these cards is your responsibility, so please think carefully before including a card in a trade.
IMPORTANT: All trades in FANTASICA are done at your own risk. Any and all outcomes are your own personal responsibility.
■Trading In-game Goods Out of Game
The trading of in-game goods outside of the FANTASICA app is strictly forbidden. If caught, your account will be banned permanently. For more details, please consult the Notice found on the FANTASICA main title page. Failure to read the Notice will not keep you from being banned if you are caught. Ignorance is not an excuse.
On a final note, this notice will serve as the answer to any future questions you may have about the content listed above.

■Purchase-related Issues
Thank you for playing FANTASICA.
We are currently experiencing an issue that is preventing players from purchasing both Fanta Pts and Card Packs. Please note that this issue also extends to players who already have Fanta Pts.
Though we are unable to provide a timetable on a fix, we are working to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience!

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
1) For a limited time, Heroic Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.
Heroic Packs contain new units that offer bonuses to those participating in the Put to the Quest: Of Might & Magic event!
These packs will be available starting on December 4, 2018, post-maintenance and end on December 9, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST.
Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of these packs.
2) The limited-time event, Put to the Quest: Of Might & Magic, begins today!
Of Might & Magic will be available starting on December 4, 2018, post-maintenance and end on December 9, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST.
Schedule and content pertaining to the above may be subject to change without prior notice.
3) Rank Rewards in the Give & Take: A Woman's Scorn event.
The rank rewards listed in the event rules for the 21st-30th bracket were slightly lower than intended. We have opted to distribute the following rewards instead.
Rewards Listed: Star Coin x 4 Aurora Essence x 20 Empyreal Orb x 30
Rewards Distributed: Star Coin x 7 Aurora Essence x 30 Empyreal Orb x 40
We apologize for any confusion.
4) Daily Missions and Selling Units
We uncovered an issue where selling units from the Inbox did not fulfill the conditions of the "Sell a unit!" daily mission.
This was an unintended result of the Inbox changes coming after the Daily Missions were implemented.
In the future, players will need sell a unit via the "Sell" button on their main page to complete that specific Daily Mission.
We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused and have sent Mission Pts x 1000 to all players.
Please find these Mission Pts in your Inboxes!
■Reminder About Account Registration
We would like to offer players a kind reminder to register their accounts with an active email address and properly record their passwords in a safe place as to not lose access to their accounts.
It is very difficult to ascertain a player's ownership of an account after they have lost access to the email address they originally registered the account with.
