Purchasing a 3,000 coin Fan Pack will randomly grant you one of five pre-set 14-card packs. Not all five packs have the same odds.
Fan Packs reprinted the 8★, Carcer, and the 7★, Ceart.
There's no limit to the number of packs you can purchase, and you can receive the same pack multiple times.
Cards in Fan Packs did not give bonuses during The Road of Silk and Honey event.
