Official Announcements Aug. 20, 2014 Thank you for playing FANTASICA. ■Notice for Maintenance Thank you for playing FANTASICA. We will be performing system maintenance on August 21, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game. Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice. Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales will conclude with the maintenance on the date above. 1) Event: The limited-time event, Now Hiring!, will draw to a close. 2) Event: The limited-time event, The Tower of Trials, will draw to a close. 3) Card Packs: Job Packs will no longer be available. 4) Card Packs: Season 32 Step Up Packs will no longer be available. 5) Card Packs Extras: Pro Apples will no longer be included in any purchases. 6) Trading Disabled The Trade function will be disabled from August 21 right after the end of the scheduled maintenance. Trading is scheduled to be re-enabled post-maintenance on August 26, 2014. We apologize for the inconvenience. Schedule may be subject to change. Aug. 19, 2014 Thanks you for laying FANTASICA. ■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance: 1) For a limited time, Step Up Packs: Season 32, will be available via the Card Pack page Special tab. Step Up Packs: Season 32 includes 4 new units that offer advantages to those participating in the Tower of Trials event. Season 32 Step Up Packs will be available starting August 19, 2014 and end on August 21, 2014 at 2:00 am PST/PDT. Additionally, items useable during the Now Hiring! event will come bundled with some purchases of Step Up Packs. Newly added units will not give bonuses in the Now Hiring! event. The content and availability of card packs may be subject to change without prior notice. 2) The Tower of Trials event available for a limited time! The Tower of Trials will be available starting on August 19, 2014 and end on August 21, 2014 with the start of the scheduled maintenance. Climb all the floors and get BT Pts for the best rewards! The Tower of Trials event times may be subject to change without prior notice. ■Event Item - Exchange of Unused Written Laws Those of you who have unused Written Laws from the Road of Silk and Honey event will find that they have been converted into an equal number of Potions on August 18, 2014, post-maintenance. These Potions have been sent to your Inbox. ■Now Hiring! Job Change Reward Issue We have recently confirmed the following issues: While on the Now Hiring! event details page it says that you will receive a reward each time you change jobs and to promote Larimar to Connaissance to get an item, players only received rewards when promoting Connaissance to Bose. We'd also like to take the opportunity to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the above. As a token of our sincerity, we would like to offer the following recompense. Recipients: Any player that is registered with Fantasica up until August 21, 2014, 2:00am PST/PDT. Recompense: 1 Premium Ticket Receiving Method: Access your "My Page" at any time after 2:00 am PST/PDT on August 21, 2014 and 1 Premium Ticket will be sent "From the Fanta team" to your Inbox.
