11★ Sanctum Exchanges were added to Fantasica in July of 2017.
Each month, Star Coins are rewarded in various events, as well as purchasable in certain card packs. Players can exchange Star Coins in Leana's Exchange Shop for a pullable 11★ from the previous month, or various Ascension Goddesses and Limit Breaking materials. Units added to the 11★ Sanctum Exchange remain in the Sanctum Exchange for 3 months before disappearing.
