Thank you for playing FANTASICA.
The following is a list a changes from today's maintenance:
- The new battle event, the Gemstone Palace of Light, begins today.
- The Gemstone Palace of Light will start on April 11, 2013 right after maintenance and ends on April 18, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
- New unit cards have been added.
- New units will have a chance of appearing in Premium Card Packs, Premium Boxes, and Premium Megaboxes. Also, for a limited time, your chances at getting one of these new units will be tripled.
- The new units will also offer advantages to those participating in the Gemstone Palace of Light event, so check them out!
Additionally, Shiny Vials (Shiny Vial(L)s are bundled with purchases of Boxes and Mega Boxes), can be used at the start of the Gemstone Palace of Light.
Card Packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

Notice for Maintenance
Thank you for playing FANTASICA.
We will be performing system maintenance on April 11, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.
- Please note that maintenance times may be subject to change without prior notice.
Furthermore, the on-going event, the Cave of Mischief, will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.
We apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause.

The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:
- The limited-time event, Cave of Mischief, begins today.
- The Cave of Mischief will be available starting April 8, 2013 right after maintenance and end on April 11, 2013 at 2:00 am PST/PDT.
- The Cave of Mischief event schedule, as well as content, may be subject to change without prior notice.
Resolved Technical Issues
- The following technical issues have been resolved:
- There was an issue where a player's allies would see a level-broken unit's maximum level as 127 when that was not the case. This issue has since been resolved.
- We ask that you please reset your leader unit in order for the fix to take effect.
We apologize for any inconvenience the above has caused.
Arena Rewards Recompense
At the closing of the maintenance on March 29, we experienced an issue where Arena Ranking Rewards were not distributed properly. The error has since been rectified. For those players who enhanced Arcadia, Patrick, or Mabel BEFORE we could properly redistribute the rewards, we'd like to offer the following recompense for every 10 levels you enhanced said units:
- 4★ Plus Ticket x 1
- 4★ Unit card (lvl 80) x 1
Additionally, if you spent any Ambrosia level-breaking one of the above units (before the issue was resolved), we will also send an equal amount of Ambrosia to your Inbox.
Affected players will also receive 10000 Luna.
The above recompense should be in your Inbox.
We apologize again for any inconvenience the above may have caused.
How to Receive Your Dark Deeds Event Rank Rewards:
Follow the procedure outlined below to receive your Dark Deeds event rank rewards.
- Proceed to the Dark Deeds event page from your Main Page.
- Go to the ranking page by hitting the Ranking button on the bottom of the page.
- Hit the Receive button on the bottom of the Ranking page and your rewards will be sent to your Inbox.
- Check your Inbox for your rewards.
The cutoff date for accepting rewards is Apr 15, 2013 (2:00 am PST/PDT).
If you do not hit the Receive button before this time, you will NOT receive your rewards regardless of eligibility. The cutoff date may be subject to change without prior warning.

Notice for Maintenance
Thank you for playing FANTASICA.
We will be performing system maintenance on Apr 8, from 2:00 am to 5:00 am PST/PDT, to prepare for a system update. During this time, you will be unable to access or play the game.

Furthermore, the following ongoing events / sales / login campaign will conclude with the maintenance on the date above.
- Event: The limited-time event, Dark Deeds, will draw to a close.
- Card Pack Extras
- Black Books will no longer be included in any purchases.
- Step Up Packs
- Step Up Packs: Season 4 will no longer be available.

Panel PT Display Error
We were experiencing a display issue within the Dark Deeds event where the BT Pts countdown timer was showing a negative value.
The issue has since been resolved.
We have confirmed that all BT Pt contributions and calculations have been unaffected, meaning that the above issue has had no effect on your progression.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this error and will continue to strive to make FANTASICA a better, more enjoyable experience.
