Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 10 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Demiurge and one new exclusive 7★ Tiona which gave bonuses in On Ghostly Sails. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
