Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 10 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Seraphus which gave bonuses in Extra Credit at the Magic Academy. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
