August 28, 2018

■Shard Rewards in the In Their Honor Event

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We have uncovered the following two errors within the In Their Honor event:

1) Players qualifying for the 600,000 shard reward in the event were only receiving two Epic Tickets, rather than the three listed in the rules.

2) Players qualifying for the 15,000 shard reward received 100 Soul Stone(L), instead of the 1 Soul Stone(L) listed in the rules.

Neither of these were intentional.

We will be dealing with these two issues as follows:

1) The remaining Epic Ticket x 1 will be sent out to players who have qualified for it.

2) The 99 Soul Stones(L) that were sent in error will be rescinded.

Both of these measures will be taken during the maintenance scheduled for September 3, 2018.

We apologize for the errors and the delay in getting you your rewards.

■Quest and Training Issue in iOS

Thank you for playing FANTASICA.

We have uncovered an issue in the iOS version of Fantasica that affected the following areas of the game:

1) Quests: One of the graphics leading to the normal quests was not loading properly

2) Training: Players attempting to train were sent back to the title screen

We believe these issues were present starting from the conclusion of maintenance on August 7, 2018.

They have since been resolved.

We apologize to our iOS players for any inconvenience they may have experienced due to the above and would like to offer the following recompense:

・Potion(P) x 5 ・Time Elixir (P) x 5

■The following is a list of changes from today's maintenance:

1) For a limited time, Heroic Packs will be available via the Card Pack page.

Heroic Packs contain new units that offer bonuses to those participating in the Give & Take: On Ghostly Tides event.

These packs will be available starting on August 7, 2018, post-maintenance and end on August 13, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST/PDT.

Additionally, event items will come bundled with some purchases of these packs.

Schedule and content pertaining to these packs may be subject to change without prior notice.

2) The limited-time event, Give & Take: On Ghostly Tides event, begins today!

On Ghostly Tides will be available starting on August 7, 2018, post-maintenance and end on August 13, 2018 at 10:00 pm PST/PDT.

Schedule and content pertaining to both events may be subject to change without prior notice.

3) T&T Units and the Trials & Tribulations Event

The Trials & Tribulations: Open Waters event enters its second week and will run until 10:00 pm PST/PDT on August 13, 2018.

Unlike previous T&T events that only allowed you to deploy T&T units released during that particular event, you will also be able to deploy a number of T&T units from previous events.

The list below contains the past T&T units you can deploy as of August 2, 2018. Please bear in mind that units may be added to this list before the conclusion of the event.

• Unleashed versions of the units listed above, where applicable, can also be deployed during the event.
• Any unit deployable in the Open Waters event, including, but not limited to new units and those listed above, cannot be traded for the duration of the event.

■Reminder About Account Registration

We would like to offer players a kind reminder to register their accounts with an active email address and properly record their passwords in a safe place as to not lose access to their accounts.

It is very difficult to ascertain a player's ownership of an account after they have lost access to the email address they originally registered the account with.

■Keeping Your Account Safe

The following is a list of measures you can take to keep your account safe and secure:

1) Make sure your passwords are at least 8 characters long. Passwords should consist of a unique mixture of letters and numbers for best results.

2) Keep your password to yourself. Do not reveal it to anyone - not even your pet.

3) Confirm that your Mobage account email is valid and active.

■A Note About Trading in FANTASICA

Trading can be a delicate thing. Therefore, for the sake of all of our players, we'd like to strongly recommend that you refrain from the following activities:

1) Performing multiple trade transactions for a single item / card

In the current system, you are allowed to trade a combination of up to 5 types of items and / or cards in a single transaction. We strongly recommend that you limit each trade to a single transaction to eliminate the risk of deception.

2) Using the Trade system to borrow / lend cards

The Trade system is not in place to support the borrowing and lending of cards. Use it as such at your own peril.

3) Trade Holds

Once you submit a card in a trade, please keep in mind that you may lose the use of that card for up to 48 hours depending on how quickly your trade partner responds. The loss of use of these cards is your responsibility, so please think carefully before including a card in a trade.

IMPORTANT: All trades in FANTASICA are done at your own risk. Any and all outcomes are your own personal responsibility.

■Trading In-game Goods Out of Game

The trading of in-game goods outside of the FANTASICA app is strictly forbidden. If caught, your account will be banned permanently. For more details, please consult the Notice found on the FANTASICA main title page. Failure to read the Notice will not keep you from being banned if you are caught. Ignorance is not an excuse.

On a final note, this notice will serve as the answer to any future questions you may have about the content listed above.

■INSANITY rewards in the Trials & Tribulations: Open Waters event

We have uncovered an issue where one of the in-game graphics incorrectly lists the rewards for the Insanity trials in the T&T event.

The error is detailed below.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this mishap may have caused. The graphic has been edited to reflect the intended rewards (as listed under the CORRECT column).
