April 2017 Game Issues

On April 24th, 2017, the Fantasica Team encountered an issue during scheduled maintenance that required them to extend maintenance and then ultimately postpone the start times for The Calm and The Fantasica Chronicles 52. This issue also prevented the release of Final Rank Rewards for Elemental Knights! and the start of Recruitment.

Please see below for all official releases regarding the extended maintenance and any recompense offered by Fantasica.

Maintenance was conducted at 20:00-21:00 on 4/24/17.

6) Extended Maintenance / Emergency Maintenance Recompense

During the maintenance initiated at 2:00 am PDT on April 24, 2017, we encountered an issue that prevented us from starting The Calm and The Fantasica Chronicles: Hell of a Time events on schedule.

The issue has since been rectified.

We'd like to issue the following recompense to all players who have registered their accounts prior to the above date. The deadline to receive this recompense is April 27, 2017 at 12:00 am PDT.

Recompense: Calm Ticket x 10

We have postponed the start times for those events until a later date. We will provide further details as they become available.

The distribution of the ranking rewards for the Roll the Dice: Elemental Knights! will also be postponed until the start of the next event. Bonus ranking rewards have already been distributed.
