In July 2016, Fantasica held an MVP Rankings event, where MVP players could compete to earn rewards.

MVP Points were earned by participating in the five events between July 28, 2016, and August 16, 2016:

• Hell's Audition - every 20 regular BT / GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• Just Deserts - every 5 regular BT / GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• The Spirit Watch - every 30 regular BT / GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• Ready to Serve - every 20 regular BT/GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
• The Fantasica Chronicles 43 - every 100 regular BT/GP Points earned 1 MVP Point for MVP players
