Pulling a Three Step Pack granted units, guaranteed 5★ or higher. Each subsequent step increased the chances for 7★+ units:

Three Step Packs 13 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Olliva, one new, exclusive 8★ unit, Neville, and one new, exclusive 6★ unit, Allani which gave bonuses in It's Show Time! event. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
