Three Step Packs 16 introduced one new, exclusive 9★ unit, Zora, one new, exclusive 8★ unit, Nophal, one new, exclusive 7★ unit, Dimitar, one new, exclusive 6★ unit, Lalana and one new, exclusive 5★ unit, Ivet which gave bonuses in On Distant Shores event. All other units were reprints and did not offer bonuses.
